What's New in Atlanta:
This has truly been an amazing year for Atlanta! We hosted 8 fundraising events and raised over $16,000 for Atlanta children's charities. Our membership is bigger than ever, and it has resulted in the best fundraising year in the history of the Atlanta branch. Thanks to EVERYONE who helped along the way.... Let's make it an even better 2012!
Branch President
Andrew Zelman is in his second year as Atlanta Branch President. A native of Atlanta, he graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007 with a double major in Telecommunications and Spanish. He is currently a Real Estate Analyst for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.
The Atlanta Branch of the Linus Foundation is a group of well-connected young professionals that host fun and innovative fundraisers, then donate proceeds to Atlanta children's charities who need it most. Locally, we have a strong partnership with the Atlanta Children's Shelter, among others. We have also become active volunteers for ACS annual events, such as the Holiday House, fun runs and community service projects. We raised a total of over $16,000 in 2011, and we are setting our sights on $20,000 in 2012!
